Simple and elegent Responsive Login Form HTML5 Template. You can use it in your website. This simple template is fully responsive to any device. You can customize this template to fit your needs.
Version 2.0 makes the login card work: validation with a message under each field, a show/hide password eye, Remember me and a signed-in panel. The links it always showed now lead somewhere: a register page (register.html) with a terms checkbox and a check-your-inbox confirmation, a forgot-password page (forgot-password.html) and a terms and privacy page (terms.html), plus three ready-to-send HTML emails: confirm your address (email-confirm.html), welcome (email-welcome.html) and password reset (email-password-reset.html). The card now grows with its content, Lato actually loads (self-hosted), and the look is polished with a soft tinted background, rounded fields with a focus ring and a refined red. Plain HTML, CSS and one dependency-free script.
- Sign in works: validation with a message under each field, a show/hide password eye, "Remember me" (refills the email next time) and a signed-in success panel.
- register.html: name, email, password and a terms checkbox, ending in a check-your-inbox panel.
- forgot-password.html: enter your email, get a "reset link sent" panel.
- terms.html: short terms of use and privacy notice, linked from register.
- Three ready-to-send HTML emails: email-confirm.html (confirm your address)
- Every form works as a demo out of the box; add data-endpoint="…" to a form and it posts to your server instead (see the note in js/main.js).
- A soft tinted background instead of the flat white page, a refined red instead of pure #ee0a0a, taller rounded fields with a focus ring
- All of it sits under class="tv-modern" on <body>: remove the class for v1's plain look with every fix kept.

What’s new
- Sign in works: validation with a message under each field, a show/hide password eye, "Remember me" (refills the email next time) and a signed-in success panel.
- register.html: name, email, password and a terms checkbox, ending in a check-your-inbox panel.
- forgot-password.html: enter your email, get a "reset link sent" panel.
- terms.html: short terms of use and privacy notice, linked from register.
- Three ready-to-send HTML emails: email-confirm.html (confirm your address), email-welcome.html and email-password-reset.html. Table-based and inline-styled for Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and phones.
- Every form works as a demo out of the box; add data-endpoint="…" to a form and it posts to your server instead (see the note in js/main.js).
- A soft tinted background instead of the flat white page, a refined red instead of pure #ee0a0a, taller rounded fields with a focus ring, a bolder button and a softer card shadow.
- All of it sits under class="tv-modern" on <body>: remove the class for v1's plain look with every fix kept.
- The form only reloaded the page; "forgot password?" pointed at a register.php that was never included, and "Register here" at "#".
- Lato never loaded: the Google Fonts link used the old syntax on the new API and failed, so the page showed the browser's default font. Lato now ships inside the widget.
- The card was fixed at 600px tall with overflow hidden, so anything longer would have been cut off; it now grows with its content.
- "Log in" was a styled span; it is the page's heading now.
- The copyright year updates itself; "All right reserved" is corrected and the credit link is https.
- No framework and no library: one stylesheet (css/style.css) and one dependency-free script (js/main.js). Lato ships inside the widget as woff2.
