Free gym and fitness website templates

People looking at a gym website usually want to know four things: which classes you run and when, what membership costs, who the trainers are, and how to try it. The templates in this category are free HTML designs for gyms, fitness studios, personal trainers and dance schools, and most of them have a page for each of those four things. Almost all were rebuilt in 2026, and one design, Pulsiron, also comes with an admin panel.

Picking a template for your gym or studio

Getting people through the door for a first session. CrossTown has a free trial class form on its pricing page, a class schedule, a plan comparison and a BMI calculator on the home page. Gym-Fitcare offers the first workout free and answers the questions new members ask before joining: can I freeze my membership, is there a joining fee, are there student rates. FitnessMoves has a free pass page with its own confirmation email.

A busy class timetable. FitPlus is built around a weekly timetable where members book a class, with a page for each coach and emails for class bookings, free trials and the newsletter. Absolute Powerup combines classes, a timetable, trainers and membership options from a day pass to an annual plan.

Lots of layout choice. FitnessMoves comes with several home page styles, single-page and multi-page, plus class pages, a timetable and many blog and gallery layouts. Useful if you want to try a few looks before settling.

A small gym or a personal trainer. Palestra keeps it to three pages: the home page, membership plans and a workout of the day. BetterBodiez has membership plans, trainer profiles, opening hours, a BMI calculator and a coming soon page you can use before you open.

A dance school. JustDance is a single page for dance classes such as ballet, hip hop and tango, with instructors, pricing packages and a gallery.

The original designs. Gymbit was rebuilt in 2026 with a classes timetable you can book from, membership plans with a free-trial form, a trainer profile and a shop of class passes and packs. Gym-Vigour was rebuilt in 2026 for a strength gym: membership plans with prices, a class page with booking, trainer profiles with personal-training packs, a free trial sign-up and a month-by-month schedule.

If you want to edit classes and prices yourself

Changing a timetable in an HTML file is fine if it changes twice a year. If it changes every week, Pulsiron is the one to look at. The free HTML version has classes with their own pages, a schedule, trainer profiles, pricing and a membership email, and the same design is available as a WordPress theme, an Elementor theme and a Next.js template. In those three, classes, trainers, the timetable and membership plans are edited from an admin panel, and bookings come in through a form. There is also an Astro version, a fast static site where the content lives in simple data files.

Website templates, not gym management software

These are designs for your public website. They don’t handle member accounts, payments, access cards or attendance; that is the job of gym management software. Most gyms use both: the website to bring people in, and the management system for everything after they join. You can link the “join” or “book” buttons in any of these templates straight to your management system’s sign-up or booking page.

Making it work on a phone

  • Most people check a gym on their phone, often standing nearby. Put your address, opening hours and phone number where they can see them without scrolling.
  • Make the timetable readable on a small screen. Open the demo on your phone before you choose.
  • Show real prices. A hidden price list sends people to the gym down the road that shows theirs.
  • Use photos of your own gym, members and trainers. Stock fitness photos are easy to spot.
  • Connect the trial and booking forms to a form service or to your booking system, and test them before you advertise anything.

Fitness & Gym — frequently asked questions

Are these gym templates free?

The HTML versions are, every one of them, and you can use them for your own gym or for a client's. A small credit link sits in the footer until you remove it, either for a one-time fee on that template's page or with a Pro plan. Pulsiron's WordPress, Elementor, Next.js and Astro versions are paid.

Which template is best for a gym with lots of classes?

FitPlus is built around a weekly class timetable with booking, coach pages and booking emails. Absolute Powerup and FitnessMoves also have class pages and a timetable. If the timetable changes every week, Pulsiron's WordPress or Next.js version lets you edit it from a dashboard.

Can members sign up and pay through the template?

No. These are website designs, not gym management software. Point the join and booking buttons at your membership or booking system, or connect the forms to a form service to receive trial requests by email.

Is there a template for a personal trainer?

Yes. Palestra is a short three-page site with membership plans and a workout of the day, and BetterBodiez has trainer profiles, plans and a BMI calculator. Both are easy to cut down to one trainer.

Do you have a template for a dance or yoga studio?

JustDance is made for a dance school, with classes, instructors and pricing on one page. For yoga, pilates or mixed classes, FitPlus and FitnessMoves have class pages and a timetable you can rename.
