Our templates are digital downloads, so we don't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. Every template has a live demo you can try first, and we're happy to answer questions before you buy.
Free templates
They cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund.
Paid templates, credit removal and Pro
Sales are final once the files are downloaded or the purchase has been used. This includes Pro and lifetime plans. Please try the live demo and check the template page (what's included, which format) before you buy.
If something doesn't work
If a file you bought is broken or isn't what the template page describes, write to support@themevault.net within 14 days. We'll fix it or send a working version. If we can't, we'll refund that purchase.
Buyers in the EU, EEA and UK
You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital downloads, that right ends when you ask us to start the download straight away and confirm you understand this. That's the tick box at checkout.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
