Get this Login Portal Design for free of use for your website. It is freshly designed for your website with fully mobile friendly and can be customized as per your need. It is a center-designed layout with a gradient background and shadow effect. Download now to set up your website login page.
Version 2.0 (now named Sunrise Login Form) makes the gradient login card work: validation with a message under each field, a show/hide password eye, Remember me and a signed-in panel. The links it always showed now lead somewhere: a register page (register.html) with a terms checkbox and a check-your-inbox confirmation, a forgot-password page (forgot-password.html) and a terms and privacy page (terms.html), plus three ready-to-send HTML emails: confirm your address (email-confirm.html), welcome (email-welcome.html) and password reset (email-password-reset.html). The photo backdrop covers the whole screen, Lato actually loads (self-hosted), the user icon is an inline SVG, and the look is polished with rounded fields, a bolder button and a centred card on tablets. Plain HTML, CSS and one dependency-free script.
- Sign in works: validation with a message under each field, a show/hide password eye, "Remember me" (refills the email next time) and a signed-in success panel.
- register.html: name, email, password and a terms checkbox, ending in a check-your-inbox panel.
- forgot-password.html: enter your email, get a "reset link sent" panel.
- terms.html: short terms of use and privacy notice, linked from register.
- Three ready-to-send HTML emails: email-confirm.html (confirm your address)
- Every form works as a demo out of the box; add data-endpoint="…" to a form and it posts to your server instead (see the note in js/main.js).
- Taller rounded fields with a focus ring, a bolder rounded button, a softer card shadow and a ring round the icon.
- Tablets get a centred card instead of one stretched almost edge to edge.

What’s new
- Sign in works: validation with a message under each field, a show/hide password eye, "Remember me" (refills the email next time) and a signed-in success panel.
- register.html: name, email, password and a terms checkbox, ending in a check-your-inbox panel.
- forgot-password.html: enter your email, get a "reset link sent" panel.
- terms.html: short terms of use and privacy notice, linked from register.
- Three ready-to-send HTML emails: email-confirm.html (confirm your address), email-welcome.html and email-password-reset.html. Table-based and inline-styled for Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and phones.
- All of it sits under class="tv-modern" on <body>: remove the class for v1's plain look with every fix kept.
- The form only reloaded the page; "forgot password?" and "Register here" linked to nothing.
- Lato never loaded: the Google Fonts link used the old syntax on the new API and failed. Lato now ships inside the widget.
- The photo backdrop stopped below the card, leaving a white band on tall screens and phones; it now covers the whole screen.
- The user icon needed Font Awesome 4.7 (hundreds of KB of font files for one icon); it is an inline SVG now.
- The zip shipped ThemeVault's catalogue screenshots; they are gone.
