If you are looking for an ideal choice for your login page, then this can be a perfect answer. This free widget template is a clean, creative and has a signup page and additional option of registering with various social media. Designed using HTML5 & CSS3 with well coded files. Get demo!
Version 2.0 is a full restyle of the login card — a floating rounded card in a new indigo palette, icon-led fields and neutral outlined social buttons, in place of the old flat grey page, solid-blue fields and clashing orange button — and it is now a working widget: it validates each field, shows or hides the password and gives a success state that greets the visitor by name. It adds the two pages the login links to — a forgot-password page (forgot-password.html) and a sign-up page (sign-up.html, with a live password-strength bar) — plus three ready-to-send HTML emails in the same design: password reset (email-password-reset.html), welcome (email-welcome.html) and new sign-in alert (email-signin-alert.html). The Facebook and Google buttons link to their providers and now carry the actual brand marks, the fonts are self-hosted, and each form can be pointed at your own server with one attribute.
- A working login form: labelled fields with leading icons, validation with the problems listed in one box under the card (focus goes to the first bad field)
- forgot-password.html — where Forgot Password? now goes: an email field, validation and a "check your inbox" confirmation. Marked noindex.
- sign-up.html — where Sign Up now goes: name, email and password with a live strength bar (8+ characters), validation and a welcome panel.
- Three ready-to-send HTML emails, one per form: email-password-reset.html
- Connect it to your server: add data-endpoint="https://your-site.com/api/…" to a form and it is POSTed there; on the login form data-redirect="…" sends the visit
- On a tablet or phone the logo, card and links sit vertically centred on the screen; on a short landscape phone the page scrolls from the top.
- New indigo palette (was the old grey/orange/blue mix); a floating, fully rounded card instead of a flat block with square top corners.
- Neutral filled fields with a leading icon (was a solid-blue box).

What’s new
- A working login form: labelled fields with leading icons, validation with the problems listed in one box under the card (focus goes to the first bad field), a show/hide password button and a success panel that greets the user by name.
- forgot-password.html — where Forgot Password? now goes: an email field, validation and a "check your inbox" confirmation. Marked noindex.
- sign-up.html — where Sign Up now goes: name, email and password with a live strength bar (8+ characters), validation and a welcome panel.
- Three ready-to-send HTML emails, one per form: email-password-reset.html, email-welcome.html and email-signin-alert.html. Table-based and inline-styled for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, no images, {{placeholders}} for your mailer, styled to match the new card.
- Connect it to your server: add data-endpoint="https://your-site.com/api/…" to a form and it is POSTed there; on the login form data-redirect="…" sends the visitor on after sign-in. Without them the forms run as a demo (each shows a "Demo only" line — delete those lines when you go live). Details at the top of js/main.js.
- Forgot Password? and Sign Up moved inside the card, under the button.
- A "continue with" divider and neutral outlined Facebook / Google buttons (was solid brand-colour blocks) — with the actual Facebook and Google marks in colour (the old button icons were white artwork meant for a colour background and had gone invisible on the new white pills).
- Every link went to "#": Forgot Password? and Sign Up now go to their pages and the Facebook and Google buttons go to the providers (point them at your own OAuth sign-in URLs).
- The page had no <h1>; a visually hidden one ("Sign in to your account") was added and the visible LOGO heading is untouched.
- The inputs had names but no labels: fixed.
- Meta description added to every page; the credit line shows the current year.
