You can exhibit the time at which you will be making your website live with this launching soon page. It encloses features like smirky background, countdown, and links to the social media pages. It is entirely built using HTML5, CSS3. It has responisve design which makes it look great on all the devices from mobile to desktop. Downlaod now and make it yours!
Version 2.0 makes the countdown real: set your launch date once and it counts true calendar months, days, hours, minutes and seconds, then shows a we're-live message at zero (v1 restarted a 15-day clock on every visit). It adds a notify-me email form under the countdown in the same rust colours, turns the social icons into real links, and adds a maintenance page (maintenance.html), a contact page (contact.html) and a privacy page (privacy.html), plus two ready-to-send HTML emails: you're on the list (email-notify.html) and the contact auto-reply (email-contact.html). The fonts are self-hosted.
- A real countdown: set your launch date once (data-launch on #clockdiv) and it counts true calendar months, days, hours
- A notify-me form under the countdown, in the countdown's rust colours: email validation and a thank-you that names the address.
- maintenance.html: the same page as a "We Will Be Back Shortly" screen with its own countdown and notify form.
- contact.html: a contact form (name, email, message) with validation and a thank-you.
- privacy.html: what the two forms collect, why, and how to remove it.
- Two ready-to-send HTML emails: email-notify.html ("you're on the list") and email-contact.html (the contact form's auto-reply). Table-based and inline-styled fo

What’s new
- A real countdown: set your launch date once (data-launch on #clockdiv) and it counts true calendar months, days, hours, minutes and seconds. Left empty it counts 45 days from a visitor's first visit and does not restart on reload. At zero it shows "We're live!".
Table-based and inline-styled for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail; no images to upload.
- Connect the forms to your server: add data-endpoint="https://your-site.com/api/…" and they are POSTed there. Without it they run as a demo (each shows a "Demo only" line; delete those lines when you go live). Details at the top of js/main.js.
- The countdown always showed 15 days from the moment the page opened, so it restarted on every visit and could not be set to a real date.
- The social icons were images, not links, and four of the five were labelled "fb". They are labelled links now, and the hover image swap works without inline scripts.
- The block was positioned absolutely: it clipped on short screens and the credit line could run into it. It is now centred in normal flow.
- On phones 401-480px wide (Pixel, iPhone Pro Max) the Seconds box dropped to a second row; all five boxes now stay on one line.
- On iPhones the fixed background photo rendered blown up and blurry; on touch screens it now scrolls with the page.
- The page had no main heading; the title is the h1 now. Each page has its own title and meta description, and the copyright year updates itself.
- No framework, no jQuery, no Google Fonts request: one stylesheet (css/style.css) and one dependency-free script (js/main.js). Lato ships inside the widget (woff2).
