Displaying the launching website with a unique countdown widget, with stunning hover effects and high-quality background image. Use this Progressing countdown page and inform your users that you are coming to serve them. Entirely designed using HTML5 and CSS3. 100% responsive and cross-browser compatible.

Version 2.0 makes the countdown real: set your launch date once and the four black circles count down to it, each wrapped in a red progress ring that shows what is left of its unit, then end on a we're-live message (v1 restarted a fixed countdown on every visit). The subscribe pill is now a working email form with a thank-you, the white panel fills the screen with the credit at its foot, the headings and form are in Poppins, and the four circles sit in one row on tablets and phones. The package adds a maintenance page (maintenance.html), a contact page (contact.html) and a privacy page (privacy.html), plus two ready-to-send HTML emails: you're on the list (email-notify.html) and the contact auto-reply (email-contact.html). Plain HTML, CSS and one dependency-free script, with Poppins self-hosted.

What’s new

  1. v2.0Sep 2026
    • A real countdown: set your launch date once (data-launch on #clockdiv) and it counts days, hours, minutes and seconds. Left empty it counts 45 days from a visitor's first visit and does not restart on reload. At zero it shows "We're live!". The words agree with the numbers ("1 hour", "0 hours").
    • Progress rings: a red ring round each circle shows what is left of its unit (the minute, the hour, the day, the whole countdown), so the page visibly progresses. data-ring-days sets the length the days ring counts against.
    • Subscribe is a real form: email validation, an error under the field and a thank-you that names the address.
    • maintenance.html: the same panel as a "We'll Be Back Soon!" screen with its own countdown and notify form.
    • contact.html: a contact form (name, email, message) with validation and a thank-you.
    • privacy.html: what the two forms collect, why, and how to remove it.
    • Two ready-to-send HTML emails: email-notify.html ("you're on the list") and email-contact.html (the contact form's auto-reply). Table-based and inline-styled for Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and phones.
    • Both forms work as a demo out of the box; add data-endpoint="…" to a form and it posts to your server instead (see the note in js/main.js).
    • Poppins throughout: the heading, the field and the button rendered in Arial because the heading font v1 named was never loaded.
    • A wordmark logo with a red dot; the panel's content centred in the screen's height with a soft edge, and a red-to-dark tint over the photo.
    • Four circles in one row on tablets and phones (v1 wrapped them three plus one), and a darker red on the button's hover.
    • All of it sits under class="tv-modern" on <body>: remove the class for v1's plain look with every fix kept.
    • The countdown always showed about 333 days from the moment the page opened, so it restarted on every visit and could not be set to a date.
    • The subscribe field had no name and submitting it only reloaded the page.
