Classic Business Sign Up Form – A responsive free widget template with elegant design that fits in your website or web projects. Having a register or Sign Up form for your online business is not only a need but it helps to draw attention. This classic business Sign Up form is developed using HTML5, CSS3 and bootstarp and it is responsive and cross-compatible for any screen size or resolution. This clean designed sign up form has a classy professional look with image background and the main form content designed in transparent background.
Version 2.0 makes the sign-up form work: validation on every field with an error under each, phone and email checks, a password-strength bar with show/hide, a terms tick box and a check-your-inbox confirmation — and the form now posts instead of putting the password in the address bar. It adds a sign-in page (login.html, with keep-me-signed-in), a forgot-password page and a short terms and privacy page, plus four ready-to-send HTML emails in the same design: confirm your address (email-confirm.html), welcome (email-welcome.html), password reset (email-password-reset.html) and new sign-in alert (email-signin-alert.html). The fonts are self-hosted.

A working sign-up form: an error message under each field, phone and email checks, a password strength bar with a show/hide button, a terms tick box and a "Check your inbox" confirmation panel.
login.html: email and password, show/hide, "Keep me signed in" (remembers the email in the visitor's browser) and a success panel.
forgot-password.html: email field, validation and a "Check your inbox" confirmation.
terms.html: a short terms and privacy page the tick box links to.
Four ready-to-send HTML emails: email-confirm.html (confirm your address), email-welcome.html, email-password-reset.html and email-signin-alert.html. Table-based and inline-styled for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail; no images to upload.
Connect it to your server: add data-endpoint="https://your-site.com/api/…" to a form and it is POSTed there; data-redirect="…" sends the visitor on after success. Without them the forms run as a demo (each shows a "Demo only" line; delete those lines when you go live). Details at the top of js/main.js.
The form used method="get", which put the password in the page address. It now POSTs.
Two fields shared one id, the fields had no names or labels, and the phone field was plain text. Every field now has a label, a name, the right type and an autocomplete hint, so password managers work.
The heading and intro line were lorem ipsum; they are real copy now, and the page has one main heading ("LOGO" is a link home).
On iPhones the fixed background photo rendered blown up and blurry; on touch screens it now scrolls with the page.
The copyright year updates itself; each page has its own title and meta description.
Bootstrap 5 grid (was Bootstrap 3), no jQuery, no Google Fonts request: Roboto ships inside the widget (woff2). One small dependency-free script (js/main.js).
