Versatile Sign Up Form is an elegantly designed astounding sign up form widget, perfect solution for all your websites or projects. This fantastically designed sign up form widget is designed with stunning image background which complements the fore elements crafted on a transparent background. This free widget template is designed using HTML5 and CSS3. The sign up form is compatible and responsive on all devices.

Version 2.0 makes the sign-up form work: validation, a password-strength meter, show/hide password and a terms checkbox, ending in a check-your-inbox confirmation. Adds login.html (sign in, remember me), forgot-password.html and terms.html, plus three confirmation emails. v1's form fields had scrambled id attributes and no handler — the form did nothing on submit.

What’s new

  1. v2.0Sep 2026
    • A working sign-up form: validation, a password-strength meter, a show/hide password toggle and a terms checkbox, ending in a check-your-inbox confirmation.
    • login.html — sign in, with show/hide password and "keep me signed in".
    • forgot-password.html — request a reset link.
    • terms.html — what the form collects, why, and how to have it removed.
    • Three ready-to-send HTML emails: email-confirm.html, email-welcome.html and email-password-reset.html.
    • Connect any form to your server: add data-endpoint="https://your-site.com/api/…" and it is POSTed there. Without it every form runs as a demo (each shows a "Demo only" line — delete those lines when you go live). Details at the top of js/main.js.
    • The sign-up form's three fields had scrambled id attributes (the password field was id="email", the email field was id="contact") and no validation at all — a get-method form with no handler that did nothing on submit.
    • Two <h1> tags on one page (the "LOGO" placeholder was a second one) — one real h1 per page now.
    • v1's own custom breakpoints (at 1100/800/767/400px) keyed on its Bootstrap 3 class name; porting to Bootstrap 5 renamed that class, so the sign-up box silently stopped narrowing at every one of those widths. Restored, and widened further on phone screens so the extra fields fit without wrapping.
    • No jQuery in v1. Roboto (v1's own declared font) ships self-hosted (woff2, only the weights used); nothing is fetched from Google.
