Hotel Website Templates With Room Booking (2026)

Hotel Website Templates With Room Booking (2026)

When someone is choosing where to stay, your website gets about as long as it takes them to scroll your photos and find a price. If they like what they see, they want to check a date and book; if they can’t, they go back to a booking site and you pay the commission. So a hotel website has a narrower job than most: look like the place, answer the obvious questions, and make booking direct the easy option.

Below are the hotel templates we make, sorted by the kind of place they suit. I went through each live demo before writing this, so everything I mention is actually in the download. They are all free HTML templates; the ones rebuilt in 2026 come with booking pages and emails that look like the site.

What a hotel website needs to do

  • Show the rooms properly: a page per room type with real photos, the bed, the view, what is included and a starting price.
  • Let people check dates or send a booking request from any page, not just the contact page.
  • Answer the questions that otherwise turn into phone calls: check-in times, parking, breakfast, cancellations.
  • Say where you are, with a map and how to get there.
  • Work well on a phone, because that is where most people look at a hotel first.

Hotel templates with online booking

HoliVilla: a classic city hotel

HoliVilla has the layout most hotels need and nothing extra: rooms with a page for each, a gallery, offers, a blog and a booking page that confirms the request on screen. The download also includes a booking confirmation email, a contact reply and a newsletter welcome in the same style, so the emails your guests get look like your site.

Bayhome: a small hotel or guest house

Bayhome is the one I would give a guest house or a bed and breakfast. Alongside the rooms and the booking page it has an offers page and an FAQ, which is where a small place saves itself the most emails. It comes with reservation confirmation, contact and newsletter emails too.

Blueways: a hotel with a restaurant

Blueways puts an availability bar right on the home page (check in, check out, guests, room type), so a visitor can start booking without hunting for a button. It also has a restaurant page where non-residents can request a table, with separate emails for room bookings, table bookings and general enquiries. Useful if your restaurant brings in as much as your rooms.

Sojournion: a hotel that hosts events

Sojournion adds an events page where guests can reserve seats for a dinner or a celebration, with an event reservation email next to the booking confirmation. Rooms and suites, dining and a gallery are all there as well. A good fit for a seaside hotel that runs weddings, wine evenings or holiday dinners.

ResortIn: a large property with lots to show

ResortIn is the biggest of the set. It gives you three home page layouts, suites with detail pages, dining, events, a page of places to visit nearby and gallery pages in two, three or four columns, plus a booking page that confirms requests. It suits a holiday property that wants guests to plan their whole stay on the site.

Hotel templates without a booking form

These three show the property well but leave booking to a button or a contact form, which is fine if you already use a booking engine and just want to link to it.

AquaLand Casa

Three home layouts, rooms with detail pages, a restaurant page, gallery layouts and a blog. Point its booking buttons at your booking engine.

VacayHome

A spa hotel layout with rooms, a gallery, news and a dining page that lays the menu out by course. It has a clear “Book now” button in the header to link wherever you take bookings.

Wunderlist

Everything on one page: rooms, services, reviews, a booking request form, a gallery and contact details. It is the original design and still uses jQuery, but for a small place that wants a site up this week, one page is often enough.

B&Bs, guest houses and holiday homes

A small property doesn’t need a twenty-page site. What it needs is three or four good room photos, an honest description of the place and the area, the house rules, and a quick way to ask about dates. Bayhome and HoliVilla cover that with room to grow; Wunderlist does it on a single page. If you only rent out one holiday home, use the room page as the property page and put the calendar or booking link right under the photos.

Taking real bookings

An HTML template can show a booking form and confirm a request, but it can’t check availability or take a deposit by itself. You have three sensible options:

  1. Booking requests by email. Connect the form to a form service and reply to each request yourself. Fine for a B&B with a handful of rooms.
  2. Your booking engine’s widget. Most hotel booking systems and channel managers give you a small piece of code to paste into a page. Put it where the template’s booking form is, and availability stays in sync with the booking sites you already use.
  3. A link to your booking page. The simplest of all: point every “Book now” button at your booking engine’s own page.

Whichever you choose, make one test booking from your phone before you go live, and keep the confirmation email’s details (dates, room, price, cancellation terms) identical to what the site promised.

Photos and words that get bookings

  • Photograph every room type in daylight, from the doorway, and include the bathroom. People want to know exactly what they are getting.
  • Show a “from” price per night on each room. Guests compare, and a hotel without prices loses them to one that shows them.
  • Write about the area as well as the hotel: the beach, the old town, the station. That is often what people searched for in the first place.
  • Put your phone number and address in the header and footer, and keep the cancellation policy one click away.
  • Use a few short, real guest reviews rather than a long wall of praise.

You can compare all of these, and our travel and adventure designs, in the hotel and travel templates category, and there are more holiday-property designs under resort templates.

FAQ

Are these hotel website templates free?

Yes. Every HTML template here is free to download and use for a real hotel, guest house or B&B, including for a client. A small credit link stays in the footer unless you remove it for a one-time fee or with the Pro plan.

Can guests book rooms through the template?

HoliVilla, Bayhome, Blueways, Sojournion and ResortIn have booking pages that check the details and confirm the request. To check availability and take payment you connect the form to your booking engine or a form service.

Which template is best for a bed and breakfast?

Bayhome, because of its offers page and FAQ, or Wunderlist if you want everything on one page. Both are quick to fill in for a small place.

Do I need a booking engine?

Not to start. Booking requests by email work for a few rooms. Once you sell through booking sites as well, a booking engine or channel manager keeps your availability in one place and stops double bookings.
