Unique register form free template, a free responsive widget template with creative design is a perfect option for a sign up form on your business website for drawing more attention. This widget template is free and developed using HTML5 and CSS3. The two portions, one for showing content and other with image background for filling the sign up details, complements the fore elements.
Version 2.0 makes the registration form work: every field is validated, the password gets a show/hide button and a strength bar, Confirm Password is checked against it, and a valid sign-up lands on a check-your-inbox page. The look is refreshed: a readable pink title on the olive panel, the form on a dark card with larger fields, and a stacked tablet layout. Adds login.html (sign in, remember me), forgot-password.html and terms.html, plus three HTML emails: confirm your address (email-confirm.html), welcome (email-welcome.html) and password reset (email-password-reset.html). The fonts are self-hosted.

A working registration form: full name, email, password with a show/hide button and a strength bar, confirm password (checked against the password), phone and state, plus a terms checkbox. Every field is validated with a clear message, and a valid sign-up goes to a check-your-inbox page with a Resend button.
login.html: sign in with email and password, "keep me signed in" and a forgot-password link.
forgot-password.html: request a reset link, with a check-your-inbox confirmation.
terms.html: placeholder terms and privacy text naming exactly what the form collects, ready for your own wording.
Three ready-to-send HTML emails: email-confirm.html (confirm your address), email-welcome.html (account confirmed) and email-password-reset.html. Table-based and inline-styled for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail; no images to upload.
Connect the forms to your server: add data-endpoint="https://your-site.com/api/…" and they are POSTed there. Without it they run as a demo (each shows a "Demo only" line; delete those lines when you go live). Details at the top of js/main.js.

The title is a soft pink that reads on the olive panel (the magenta was almost invisible there).
The form sits on a dark card, so it stays readable over the bright parts of the photo, with larger fields and a larger Submit button.
The olive panel runs the full height beside the form, its text centred.
Tablets get a stacked layout: the panel as a banner and a full-width form, instead of six fields squeezed into half the screen.
Fields shared ids (two "name", three "contact") and had no names, so the form could not be submitted anywhere; each field has its own id, name and label now.
The form was a GET with no handler and did nothing.
Confirm Password was never checked against Password.
