If you are looking for a unique and creatively designed register form for your website then here is the solution for you that is the snow registration form. From is build with the help of HTML5 and CSS3. The template comes with tabular design, stunning background effect and content column. Template is fully responsive which make it accessible on all the devices.
Version 2.0 makes the register form work: labelled fields, a real email field, validation with a message under each field, a show/hide password eye, and a check-your-inbox page that greets the visitor by name. The form now sits on a frosted dark card over the night-sky photo, with full-width rounded fields, a larger heading and three perks beside it. The package adds a sign-in page (login.html) with keep-me-signed-in, a forgot-password page (forgot-password.html), a terms and privacy page (terms.html) and three ready-to-send HTML emails: confirm your address (email-confirm.html), welcome (email-welcome.html) and password reset (email-password-reset.html). The menu leads to the real pages, and Roboto is self-hosted. Plain HTML, CSS and one dependency-free script.

A valid form goes to thank-you.html ("check your inbox"), which greets the visitor by first name, shows the address they used, and can resend the email.

- The form sits on a frosted dark card with visible labels and full-width rounded fields (v1's fields and button were different widths), a blue focus ring and a bold rounded Register button.
- A larger heading with a blue bar, left-aligned copy (v1 justified it into gappy lines) and three check-marked perks.
- The content is centred in the screen's height with the credit at the bottom; tablets and phones stack the card, then the copy.
- All of it sits under class="tv-modern" on <body>: remove the class for v1's plain look with every fix kept.
- The form reloaded the page on submit, three of its fields shared one id, the email field accepted any text and none had a label.
- Every menu item and the logo linked to "#"; the menu now leads to the pages that exist (Home, Register, Sign in, Terms) and the ☰ is a real button that tells screen readers whether the menu is open.
- The copy beside the form was lorem ipsum.
- Roboto was loaded from Google Fonts; it now ships inside the widget.
