Bold black-and-red gym template: 14 responsive pages, tabbed timetable, membership pricing toggle, trainer profiles, blog, forms and HTML email — as an Astro 7.3.3 static-site project: the same 12 pages, a Markdown blog and 1 HTML email, rebuilt as components and content files. No server, no database: npm run build gives you plain HTML/CSS/JS to host anywhere.
- 33 section components (
src/components/sections/) — the template's markup as editable Astro files, one per section design - Content as JSON — every page is
src/content/pages/<page>.json: reorder sections, change copy, swap photos; brand, navigation and footer insite.json; Astro content collections with a schema - Blog posts in Markdown (
src/content/posts/) — one file per post, drafts, an RSS feed; the blog lists update themselves - SEO built in: titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, Open Graph and Twitter cards, structured data, sitemap and robots.txt
- Optimised images: photos resized and served as WebP by
astro:assets, with the right size for every screen - Tailwind CSS v4 compiled by @tailwindcss/vite from the component classes; design tokens in one
:rootblock — change a colour, font or radius once - Vanilla JavaScript (no jQuery): sticky header that compacts on scroll, hero slider — slide or cross-fade mode, autoplay, swipe, arrows, dots, thumbnails, animated stat counters, tabs, monthly / yearly pricing toggle, testimonials slider
- Working forms with validation and a success state — set your Formspree, Basin, Netlify Forms or own endpoint in
.env - Self-hosted fonts, inline Tabler icons, the free-licence stock photos with credits, WCAG-minded markup, responsive 320–1440 px
- Deploys to Netlify, Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, GitHub Pages or any static host; README with the exact steps, CONTENT.md listing every slot on every page, online documentation with screenshots
- Astro 7.3.3 pinned, Node.js 22.19+, strict TypeScript with
npm run check, Prettier
Pages: /, /404/, /about/, /blog/, /class-single/, /classes/, /contact/, /pricing/, /schedule/, /thank-you/, /trainer-single/, /trainers/, /blog/<post>/. Email: email-membership. The free HTML version of this design is on ThemeVault too — this Astro project has the same pages and look.

What’s new
- Blog post pages now follow the real posts: previous/next links go to the neighbouring posts, recent posts leave out the one you are reading, and each post shows its own author box (all four coaches). Same design, pages and content.
- Rebuilt on the ThemeVault Astro standard: SEO head (canonical, Open Graph, JSON-LD), sitemap, robots.txt and RSS; photos optimised to responsive WebP by astro:assets; blog posts as Markdown files with paginated lists (all four posts written in full); contact form endpoint set in .env; strict TypeScript with npm run check, Prettier; new README and CONTENT.md. Same design and pages.
- Initial release: the Pulsiron HTML template as an Astro 7 project (32 section components, JSON content collections, Tailwind CSS v4).
