The contact page contained a live Google Maps API key, written into the page source and shipped inside the download. Anyone with a copy could bill Google Maps usage to the account that owned it. The map is now the standard embed, which needs no key and no billing account, and renders the same location with the same marker. Nothing in the package is a credential any more.

Rebuilt on Bootstrap 5.3 (was Bootstrap 4.0): grid, navbar, dropdowns, accordions and forms all use current markup.
jQuery, swiper, owl.carousel, magnific-popup, jquery.countTo and jquery.mb.YTPlayer all removed. The template ships one plain JavaScript file (js/main.js) covering the hero slider, the testimonial carousel, the counters, the video lightbox, the share buttons, the forms and back-to-top.
Three icon fonts became one. Font Awesome 4.7, Themify Icons and et-line are replaced by Font Awesome 6, woff2 only — the old set shipped .eot, .ttf and .svg copies nobody has needed for years.
Open type is self-hosted rather than fetched from Google, so the template renders the same offline and loads nothing from a third party.
3.14MB of code and fonts became 1.39MB.
Bootstrap 3.3.6 shipped alongside Bootstrap 4.0 and was never linked. An lte-ie7.js shim for Internet Explorer 7 shipped too. Both removed.
jquery.mb.YTPlayer's stylesheet and script loaded on all twelve pages and the plugin was never once called. Removed.
Montserrat, Roboto and Arvo were each fetched from Google Fonts on every page load. All three are now local.
