Gym website templates: built for memberships, classes and trainers

A gym website needs to answer three questions fast — what do you offer, what does it cost, and how do I join. The nine templates under this tag are complete HTML5 sites for a gym, CrossFit box, martial-arts studio or sports club, with sections for classes, a timetable, membership plans, trainer profiles, a gallery and a contact or trial-booking form. Download the zip, replace the sample content, and put it on any host; nothing to install.

Three of them were rebuilt in 2026 on Bootstrap 5 without jQuery: Palestra, a one-page gym site that now also ships membership and workout pages; Absolute Powerup, a multi-page layout with class schedules; and BetterBodiez, which leans on large photography and a pricing table. All three are free.

Which gym template fits your business

  • Single-location gym or studio. Palestra — one page with a membership table and a workout page, easy to keep current.
  • Multi-service fitness centre. CrosstownGym and Gym-Fitcare have separate pages for classes, trainers and pricing.
  • Sports club or team. Absolute Powerup and Gym-Vigour add fixtures and news sections.
  • Budget and personal-training start-ups. FitPlus and Gymbit are lighter layouts that still include a pricing block and a contact form.

What to check before you download

Membership sign-ups happen on phones after a class, so open the live demo on your phone first: the timetable should be readable without zooming and the join button reachable with a thumb. Make sure there is a pricing table you can edit (every template here has one), a place for your opening hours and address in the footer, and a form or a link where you can plug in your booking software — the templates ship with a working HTML form that you connect to your email or a form service.

Customising a gym template

Swap the hero photo and class images at the same dimensions, edit the plan names and prices in the pricing section, and replace trainer photos and bios. The templates marked v2.0 have no jQuery and load quickly on mobile networks, which is what "gym near me" searches are mostly made on. If you also run fitness classes online, the fitness website tag has the same templates with notes on class and trainer pages.

Gym website — frequently asked questions

Are these gym website templates free?

Yes — all nine are free to download and use, with a small ThemeVault credit in the footer that can be removed for a one-time fee from the template page.

Can members sign up or pay through the template?

The templates include a membership table and a contact or trial-booking form, but no payment processing. Connect the form to your email or booking software (Mindbody, Glofox, a Google Form, or any form service) by changing the form action.

Which gym template is the best starting point?

Palestra: it was rebuilt in 2026 with a membership page and a workout page, uses Bootstrap 5 without jQuery, and is the most downloaded gym design here. CrosstownGym is the alternative if you need separate pages for classes and trainers.

Do the templates work for a CrossFit box or martial-arts studio?

Yes. The layouts are generic fitness sites; change the class names, photos and pricing and they suit boxing, yoga, CrossFit or a martial-arts school equally well.

Can I turn a gym template into a WordPress site?

The HTML templates can be converted, but there is no WordPress version of the gym templates yet. If you need a dashboard for classes and schedules, tell us on the contact page — WordPress versions are being added to the most requested designs.
