Fitness website templates for trainers, studios and online classes

These templates share their code with our gym designs, but this page is written for the other side of the business: the personal trainer, the yoga or pilates studio, the coach selling online programmes. What you need from a fitness website template is a strong personal introduction, class or programme pages that explain what a session looks like, testimonials, and a clear way to book a first session. All nine templates here have those sections; the differences are tone and layout.

Start with the 2026 rebuilds, which use Bootstrap 5 without jQuery and pass current mobile-speed checks: BetterBodiez is photography-led and suits a trainer or small studio; Palestra is a one-page layout with a dedicated workout page; Absolute Powerup has the most complete set of inner pages.

Layouts by type of fitness business

Content that converts on a fitness site

Before-and-after results (with permission), a short video or a real photo of you coaching, and specific class descriptions — length, level, what to bring — do more than stock imagery. Put your booking link or form on every page, not only the contact page; every template here has a call-to-action button in the header you can point at your booking tool. Keep the pricing visible: hiding it is the most common reason fitness sites lose enquiries.

Setting up

Download the zip, replace the images in the images folder at the same sizes, edit the text in index.html and the inner pages, and upload to any host. The form in each template is plain HTML — connect it to a form service or your email in one line. For the business-side view of the same templates (memberships, multi-location layouts), see the gym website tag.

Fitness website — frequently asked questions

Which fitness template is best for a personal trainer?

BetterBodiez: a photography-led one-page layout with a services section, testimonials and a booking form, rebuilt in 2026 on Bootstrap 5. FitPlus is a lighter alternative.

Can I sell online programmes or take bookings?

The templates provide the pages and forms; payments and bookings come from the tool you connect — Calendly, Acuity, Stripe payment links or your booking software. Point the header button and the form at it.

Are the templates free?

Yes — every HTML template here is free to download and use, with a small ThemeVault credit in the footer that can be removed for a one-time fee from the template page.

Do the templates include a class timetable?

CrosstownGym, Gym-Fitcare and Absolute Powerup include a schedule section built as an HTML table you edit directly. On the one-page templates you can paste a timetable into the classes section or embed one from your booking tool.

Is there a WordPress version?

Not yet for the fitness templates. The HTML versions can be used as-is or handed to a developer to convert; WordPress versions are being added to the most requested designs first.
