A View control on the right edge switches every page between After Hours, a night-time café-bar with a glowing neon sign, a backlit menu board and neon-edged buttons, and Pour Over, a daylight coffee house with a layered glass that pours itself beside the hero, mug-shaped buttons and rising steam. The visitor's choice is remembered, you can link straight to either look, and shipping just one design takes three small edits. Every original page and section is kept: the hero and chef sliders, the menu cards, the gallery with its category tabs, events, table booking, news and contact with the map. Three new pages join them: an event page with a working seat-booking form, a full news article with comments, and a 404 page. Working forms with validation cover table booking, contact, newsletter, event seats and comments, and four ready-to-send HTML emails are included (booking confirmation, contact auto-reply, newsletter welcome and event seats confirmation). An open-now lamp follows your opening hours, the header search finds dishes on the menu, real café copy replaces the placeholder text, fonts are self-hosted and the layout is tuned for tablets and phones.

To ship one design: delete the js/view-switch.js line from each page, set data-theme="night" or data-theme="day" on the <html> tag, and delete the js/theme.js line. The notes at the top of js/view-switch.js explain each step.
Rebuilt on Bootstrap 5 and Font Awesome 6; every script rewritten in plain, dependency-free JavaScript.
