Version 2.0 ships the website – home, menu and recipe pages with an online reservation form – together with two ready-to-send HTML emails built in the same design: a newsletter and a recipe-of-the-month mail (newsletter.html and newsletter-recipe.html, table-based and inline-styled for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail).
- newsletter.html — "This week at Foodaholic": hero, two feature blocks, a reservation band, opening hours and contact
- newsletter-recipe.html — "Recipe of the month": the dish, prep / cook / serves, ingredients beside the numbered method, the chef's note
- menu.html — Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Bar & Drinks with prices and a section navigation. Behind the hero's View More and the two menu blocks.
- recipe.html — a recipe page: chef's notes, prep / cook / serves, a red ingredients panel beside the numbered method
- The menu points at what it says: the "menu" section is now about the menu (and leads to it); the "Recipes" section is three recipe cards — photo, dish
- The two story rows have space between them and the photo and text are centred on each other; the second row shows the dining room (version 1 used the same photo
- Make A Reservation opens a booking form: name, phone, e-mail, date, time, guests, requests — validated, past dates blocked
- "View It Online" and "To stop receiving these emails — unsubscribe" were email furniture on a web page; they are in the emails now, where they belong

What’s new
- newsletter.html — "This week at Foodaholic": hero, two feature blocks, a reservation band, opening hours and contact, a footer with social links and an unsubscribe line.
- newsletter-recipe.html — "Recipe of the month": the dish, prep / cook / serves, ingredients beside the numbered method, the chef's note, a "taste ours" reservation band. Both are table-based, inline-styled, 600px wide, with an Outlook conditional and a phone layout — the way mail clients need it. Before sending, replace the images/... paths with absolute URLs on your server and put your links in place of the "#" ones (the file says so at the top).
- menu.html — Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Bar & Drinks with prices and a section navigation. Behind the hero's View More and the two menu blocks.
- recipe.html — a recipe page: chef's notes, prep / cook / serves, a red ingredients panel beside the numbered method, "More from the kitchen" cards. Behind every recipe card on the home page.
- The menu points at what it says: the "menu" section is now about the menu (and leads to it); the "Recipes" section is three recipe cards — photo, dish, time and serves — where version 1 had three icon tiles. The nav label's spelling is fixed ("receipes"). The three icons are still in images/ if you want the tiles back.
- The two story rows have space between them and the photo and text are centred on each other; the second row shows the dining room (version 1 used the same photograph twice).
- Make A Reservation opens a booking form: name, phone, e-mail, date, time, guests, requests — validated, past dates blocked, a note on a valid submit. Version 1's button did nothing.
- "View It Online" and "To stop receiving these emails — unsubscribe" were email furniture on a web page; they are in the emails now, where they belong, and off the site.
- The placeholder copy ("Lorem ipsum", "The Demo") is real restaurant copy; the "Rerservation" typo is fixed; the hero line is the page's h1; every image has alt text; the five social icons go somewhere.
- Bootstrap 3.3.6 + jQuery 1.11 → Bootstrap 5.3, no jQuery. js/main.js is one dependency-free file: the red navbar past 50px of scroll, smooth in-page scrolling, the menu closing after a tap, form validation.
- Fonts self-hosted as five woff2 files (Roboto 400/500/700/900, Oswald 700), 130 KB, where version 1 shipped 700 KB of eot/ttf/woff AND fetched the same faces from Google. Nothing is loaded from a third party.
- css/bs3-compat.css: the Bootstrap 3 behaviours this design relies on (14px base type, fixed heading sizes, the 1170 container, the navbar link padding) restored on top of Bootstrap 5. Safe to trim.
- Font Awesome 4 → 6 (subset), a <title> and meta description per page, lang="en", no inline styles, no duplicate ids.
